Joshua is a very special little boy. In August 2006 at the young age of 4 1/2 lost his mother Nicole Jones age 25 of Livingston La. Joshua lived with me his aunt for 3 months following this tragdy. My sister Peggy Jones of Livingston La was grated full custody of him. In February I told my sister that Joshua needed to see an Eye doctor because his eyes just didn't look right, that was February 7, 2009 on the following Wednesday he went to see an Eye Doctor, the doctor immediately sent him to a specialist. The specialist sent him to Children's Hospital and within 12 hours of being admitted they did emergency Brain surgery to remove a tumor. Yes it was cancer. the tumor was the size of a boiled eye. they had to cut him from the top of his head to the bottom of his neck. The lost most of his vision due to where the tumor was. The cancer is called Medulla Blasttoma. It is a very fast type of cancer. He has went through radiation already and now battling the dreadful Chemo. He will have Chemo every 3 1/2 weeks. they are giving him the strongest that they can give a 7 year old.

Joshua is a trooper; it doesn't matter if he just got through throwing up, you ask how are you doing today and his words are "I am doing fine".

This benefit is to help Joshua and my sister: The cost is enerous that has to be spent.
